He is a founding member of Functional Art & Design Centre. He worked in The Netherlands as a technical draughtsman after studying MBO and worked as a Senior Audit & Assurance Accountant in the UK. He is a fellow member of AAT and had luthier training at London Metropolitan University.
At present he makes custom guitars and kits in Gloucester.

Jonathan is an innovator with a diverse background spanning multiple disciplines. From collective action campaigning for precarious workers’ rights as vice president of the IWGB trade union, to his research into urban food production as a participant in Unleash 2017, he has always been lead by a desire to be socially constructive and environmentally sustainable. His residency at Green Lab culminated in his founding Kompassion Kombucha in 2018, a craft brewery championing kombucha refill stations, mobile bicycle bars, and urban delivery by cargo bike. Having recently sold this venture, Jonathan's interests include 3d printing and electrical engineering as the basis for developing products for a lower-impact lifestyle.
Progressing through life always with a camera by his side, whether at the top of Mt. Snowdon battling the elements or on the ground documenting the lives that make up the local culture, he is attentively making the best photographs he can. Graduating from the University of Gloucestershire in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography in 2019. Ryan is continuing to develop his theoretical writing, refining further his printing techniques and quality of output towards handmade prints and books with a community focus.

He started his career making kit cars in the 1970s and continued to design many objects. About 10 years ago he came to Gloucestershire to study CNC machining technique in order to persuade one of his designs. He is very enthusiastic when it comes to design or life. He is like a poet when it comes to design. Even Corona virus lock-down did not bother him, he was very busy and he has a poetic expression of a new invention – not a vaccine, but a good one.
Just having graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in Graphic Design, Jussara is colouring the everyday with her ideas, whether it is a mural, a piece of jewellery, clothing or an exhibition, she is attentively making her expression visible through many avenues. She is an amazing speaker and is very passionate about the arts and local business. Currently the Host at Jolt Gloucester, a co-working creative community.

George studies Alternative photographic processes, particularly though’s dated to the 19th century. Currently George is studying Wet Plate Collodion photography, alongside the Albumen Printing process.
George’s biggest passion after Alternative photographic processes, is the restoration and use of Vintage Photographic Equipment.
“I strive to take these tools which were forgotten and neglected.
Give them time, love and thought to get it back to it’s once usable state.
I then have the pleasure and privilege to use the tools which I have fixed.”
Martyna is an illustrator who graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011. She is a year away from finishing a Masters degree in Graphic Arts at the University of the West of England. She specialises in commercial mural painting, working in the field since 2013, creating atmospheric restaurant spaces like Kibou sushi in Cheltenham and London, Shin Ramen and GiGi Oriental Snack Shack in Oxford and Coventry. She pursues narrative illustration and bookmaking, using digital software and traditional techniques of linocuts and screen-prints. Motion and sound became the elements she wants to develop in her illustration work. In her free time, she teaches printmaking.
